Unless another book contradicts it, Choking isn't actually a legal Symptom, as it falls under Incapacitation (B36), and Symptoms (B109) only allow for Advantage, Attribute Penalty, Disadvantage, Irritant, and Negated Advantage. See B35-36 for the Affliction categories. Side Effect: Choking (+150%) would make sense, however.
