If you mean in general, then they're the ones without a name (i.e. "sheet.gcs" vs "sheet.gcs:Some non-default profile").
If you mean the prebuilt profiles that are included with the Phoenix sheet:
- Open the Character Sheet Options window.
- Either select an existing Phoenix profile to overwrite or create a new one for that purpose.
- Click on the Import from File button (second from right; hovering over any of the buttons will bring up a tooltip), which should open the Import Profile Settings window.
- Select the file phoenix-profiles.ini and click Open, which should open the Import Which Profile? window.
- Select a profile and click OK.
The profile you selected in step #2 should now have been overwritten with the prebuilt profile selected in step #5.
