All copies of Ogre Designer's Edition have the counter sheets shrinkwrapped outside the box itself; they just won't fit until punched. The Kickstarter edition has a sticker on the front shrinkwrap identifying it. It's a huge black sticker with a red Ogre and "Kickstarter Edition" right on it, usually in the upper-left area of the front of the box, right under "Game Design by Steve Jackson."
