I know, I can't stand that. Anyone I see looking promos on ebay that I know are on W23, I direct them there, even with shipping it is still much cheaper as hardly anyone on ebay uses free shipping on cards so that's not an excuse. That and W23 is much faster and more consistent than ebay sellers...
