That sounds kind of like tax farming. In fact that is what it will have to be for the purchaser to recoup his loses.
Which does not mean it can't happen. It took place a lot in fact. Simply that it would not be a good system, because tax farming always takes to much taxes and yields to little revenue and the middleman always tipple to much.
