That's a trendy shopping and café area, so a bookshop would be catering to the tourist trade, but it's right next to Cutty Sark and the old Royal Naval College so it can have tourist books in the front and older nautical-related stuff of some value in the back without raising any eyebrows. Just to the west, you've got council estates, some of which have garages in them. Not your full business unit, though.

Up on the south side of Tower Bridge 51.50/-0.07 you've got warehouses converted to flats/offices (Shad Thames, Butler's Wharf).

There's not much left in the way of old buildings, because WWII happened, and then the 1960s. Down by City Airport/Silvertown 51.50/0.03 you've got some industrial estates on the north side of the river, but not much retail.
