A printing of some sort was ordered for the Dungeon Fantasy RPG kickstarter, since one of the add-ons was a printed copy of HtbaGGM, but I don't know if that means they ordered a normal print run or if they contracted with CreateSpace to make a bunch for the kickstarter. At any rate, by the time or soon after the kickstarter ships I would expect that either print copies will be available through Warehouse 23 (and possibly other retailers) or that a POD version will be made available to order through CreateSpace.
