Debatable RAW but I have used it and posted it here before is CM (Dedicated Controls) for someone to use your ER. You could also add Range for them to use it from range. Require some kind of perk or something or get an ability to block those you dont want to use it without permission.
I like the First option and the latter but not the middle.
Adding the enhancement to ER raises its cost too much.
Controls just adds another feature and works regardless of the size of the ER. It is in this case akin to using a vehicles weapons, mobility, sensors, etc.
so, what would your build look like using the rules as written or the modification to the rules as written? :)
