Default Channeling Energy in GURPS POWERS

Hello Folks,
Suppose you wanted to have a trait - something we'll call "energy reserve for exotic powers" or EREP for short. Further suppose, that this energy reserve is mandatory to power certain "powers" in the game. The powers are never powered off of Fatigue or anything like that, but are strictly an Energy Reserve kind of thing.

Now, further suppose, that we have four characters each with their own EREP levels. Character A can lend their ER to character D at a rate of 1 per turn, while character C can lend his ER to character D at a rate of 5 per turn.

I can't seem to find this "channel energy" power/advantage ANYWHERE in GURPS Powers. In GURPS MAGIC, it would be a SHARE ENERGY spell.

Does anyone know where this is located in GURPS POWERS on the presumption that I've missed it - or does this really NOT exist within GURPS POWERS?
