Sure, I suppose everyone can decide what works best for them when it constitutes a new edition... but for me, I've only seen a handful of bookmarks with rounded corners (I think it was something they experimented with and decided not to do), yet, there are a lot of bookmarks that have very different features now than they did before.
For me, a "4th Edition" has 3 primary features that are very easy to spot at first glance:
(1) A social media banner at the top of the front
(2) A large website banner at the bottom of the front
(3) New layout on the back with large numbers (and usually a picture at the bottom)
I've noticed that most of the newer bookmarks are not in color on the back, though a few are... so for me, I've decided to not consider that as a factor for qualifying for "4th edition".
