As a technical note, in IW naming a "Lucifer" prefix applies to worlds struck by meteors. A reference to the Niven/Pournelle book _Lucifer's Hammer_ which has not proven the timeless classic once thought by somebody.
I'm afraid only your Strangelet worlds would qualify. The rest are are just Hell Worlds. IW already has a bunch of those, including a Drexler.
