True, but perhaps balanced by the cost of recreating walls when they otherwise would be invincible. As is, Walls are either invincible with DR higher than damage potential, or immediately breakable because damage exceeds DR and they have basically no HP.

If we assume the DR given by the wall is normal 1DR per 5 points, ablative DR would be 1DR per 1 point. 1 HP gives between 2 and 6 ablative DR worth of protection (because you might be destroyed at -HP, or go all the way to -5xHP). You don't worry about armour divisors, and since most walls are homogenous wounding modifiers aren't much of a problem. With HP would be vulnerable to blow-through from projectiles, which is a negative compared to DR.

Overall I'd probably put it at 2 HP per DR, 1 HP per DR seems too expensive and 3 HP per DR seems overly generous.
