I hadn't gotten around to it yet, but since you reminded me, I took some time today and put together an initial sheet. Not sure it's exactly as you wanted it, but all the points and costs are in the third column, with names in the first and scores generally in the second.
It's downloadable from here:

Right-click, Save Link As... to your computer, then put it into your /sheets/ folder where GCA can find it.
Please let me know if you need something tweeked more. If it's not too complicated, I can probably adjust it pretty quickly.
