It means you have all the three mentioned ways of tracking, living, machine and supernatural.
Having all three of them will let you know where every in existence on any world is with enough accuracy to say whether Bob Truck Driver is standing by the left front wheel or right front wheel despite the fact that Bob is in another dimension.
Also, with Time spanning (Past & Future) you could probably with the same accuracy determine the exact path of the three wise men on their way to Jesus, or determine just when in the future Lucifer is going up on earth, and where.
Basically your 'tracking' ability lets you know where every thing that was, is and will be is positioned, and analyze just what (Cyborg, Mage, Human, Elf, M60 Machine gun, Humvee)
That sounds pretty ultimate to me
