It is, or rather was. The Kromm suggestions have already been applied and the modified draft returned. (This sort of Vehicles book doesn't run long, and he didn't ask for a total rewrite.) Assuming that Kromm is cool with one rules-related Thing I added (at his suggestion), it'll hopefully be in the queue for playtesting soon.

I am large; I contain multitudes. Heck, my other project of the moment is in a sub-genre I've never tackled before, in forty years of games writing, and for a publisher I've never worked with before. One tries to keep things a little bit fresh.
