That's what I thought; but on the other hand, the ability doesn't explicitly say that it can be the winning level. And I could see the opposite argument: though you had to kill a monster to trigger the ability, the extra level you gain is from the Class ability and not from killing the monster.

But yeah, I agree that you should be able to get the winning level that way, I just wanted to make sure.
