Sure but that's the point of Ghostly Movement - it's
almost believable they did it by mundane means. That's why one variant is cinematic but not supernatural.
And the purpose of this thread was to point out that a nearly identical advantage could be overtly supernatural, and that though those two are stated identically, they are mechanically distinct.
I ran out of steam on trawling youtube for examples, but the trope is out there.
