They were hosted on the Flat Black wiki for some time, then Brett took it down from there (I don't recall why). He asked if anyone else in the community wanted or was willing to host them, and I transferred them over to the wiki I had at gurps.net. Unfortunately, I've been unemployed since last October and could not afford to pay for the domain name this year, so they are not currently online.
I do still have the page containing them (In dokuwiki format) and have uploaded it
here if someone would like to transfer it someplace like the GURPS Repository.
