The Summer Clothing are a pair of thin skintight jeans and a form-fitting cotton t-shirt. The light and form-fitting outfit imposes a general -2 Holdout penalty.

This uses up all his discretionary budget and leaves him a whopping $40 in local currency.

Any suggestions? Remarks?

*Personally acquired and owned. In the case of the magazines, only the Magpul EMAG magazines themselves are privately owned, the ammunition is bought by the cover PSC. Spent $7,500 of his own money on his loadout.
†Represents stuff that all contractors working for the cover PSC company get and not counted in his discretionary budget. $17,600 of his carried items are thus non-discretionary.
