I use 32 mm hexes, as I have stated in the Lego thread. This is, for me, the perfect size. A Lego 4x4 round plate is exactly 32mm in diameter.

I have recreated the Melee map with 32mm hexes and it fits on a 17"x22"

The is a picture of it in the Lego thread.

I am working to fit the Wizard map on a 22"x34" sheet, which will be easily printed as two 17"x22" sheets
