Melee and Wizard = 23mm
ITL = 20mm
GURPS Man-to-Man = 25mm
SJG will have to chime in on what they're looking at for the new TFT, but the megahexes I saw today looked closer to M/W size (but were just protos). I suspect they'll be optimized for the counters, rather than minis.
I game mostly with 15mm minis, and use 18mm hexes because they fit megahexes well on an 8"x11" printed page.
