Effectively this isn't one spell, but a class of shape shifting spells. I'd probably give you less of a discount (-60%? instead of -80% which makes it 6 points instead of 4, if that matters).

Wild Talent only gives you one use per session. Even if you can maintain it for as long as you have fatigue, you still could only change into 1 animal per session and once you stopped using it (turned back), that would be it.

I suspect you'd be better off investing those 6 points into common animal forms so you can switch back and forth as necessary.
