Half the sky: 324,000 arcseconds
Statue: 324,000 arcseconds = 1,132,558,200 km or 7.5 AU.
If I've done the math right (and it's late...) the statue is taller than Jupiter's orbital radius. ("As far away as Jupiter" suddenly becomes a problematic statement. Which way is it facing, and are we measuring to the closest point?)
