It's up... You should be able to load and save designs, create PDFs, and browse stock cars.
The things still known to not work are rating stock cars, deleting designs from your list, and the admin stuff such as reviewing stock car submissions.
Also at least one person has reported that it didn't link up their previous designs, which I need to look into (the designs are still there, just not showing up for some reason).
Finally, it doesn't surprise me that it doesn't work well on a phone. I think proper phone support would need quite a different interface. Some day. :)
