Buying C.M. allows you to use your full TK twice. His weight limit is 1250 lbs per use of TK, not total, so he can wield two halberds without a problem. This is one of the reasons C.M. is so much more expensive than if it was built as a variant on Innate Attack.

(And yes, I've confirmed this with Kromm in the past. This is how C.M. is supposed to work.)
