Can a Dwarf/Elf use an elf only item or a dwarf only item or can he/she use neither (advantages and disadvantages of both)? The wording on the card is ambiguous.
A Dwarf half-breed (presumably a Dwarf/Human) with advantages and none of the disadvantages cannot use human only items per the FAQ on the website.
