Allow me to suggest a placeholder, like so:
Prosciutto Gedankenwurst has impeccable fashion sense, something he learned in the sartorial pits of (colony where personal appearance is of great social importance).
Work out the details of where and what the sartorial pits are if the character concept gets selected.
