No, and I'm sorry that is nowhere near what it should've been like. I've been to a few launch parties by now and whether they're run by MiBs or employees it's always been a lot more structured than that. (1) people generally had some idea the event is happening (2) there is someone available to help and explain things to any interested parties (3) even if the store isn't 100% prepared for an event there is no reason to talk down to anyone about their gaming experience. That is just rude. I know inventory is a little weird atm but did he at least offer you the box boosters since the turnout was less than optimal?
