Okay, I've tossed my "GURPS Marvel Universe 4e.gdf" data file and all the .gca files I could find to
http://dagwood.sandwich.net/docs/marvel/. No guarantees as to how these files match up to the entries in the 6MB master document (recently updated with the Black Queen and Blob).
