As far as I can see, the options for a US kickstarter these days are:
- US (or US/Canada) only
- Huge individual shipping costs (plus customs collection charges in the UK)
- A third-party reshipper (like Pegasus Spiele who reshipped OGRE and are currently doing the DFRPG in Europe) - which is cheaper than individual shipping but only if the volume is quite large
Given how much people get annoyed with individual shipping costs (I know I've been guilty of this), it may well have been felt that for a relatively small project like this it's not worth the hassle.
