Edit: A short note concerning the colleges: Some of those have been extrapolated by me. Wherever colleges have been given in books I went with what was there, but in many cases none were given. In 90% of those the college was relatively obvious from the spell description and/or the prerequisites. If anybody needs to know which ones are RAW, send me a PM!
