This suggests that HA is underpriced and it's fine to remove a capability from it.
Honestly, I don't think heroic archer should even
exist, I'd just replace it with two things:
- General Rule: if you have multiple attacks, you may trade them for Ready or Aim.
- Scouts get Extra Attack (Bow)
