Question bump on the question about the bonus cards that come with the card sleeve promotion.

I checked a couple of the friendly local gaming stores that the system has listed as possibly having them, but they don't and never heard of them.

Does Warehouse23 still have them and if so, how does one order them since the "bundle" is showing as out of stock?
