Quick refresher: Items are cards with a printed Gold Piece value (including the printed phrase "No Value"). Almost all of them are Treasures, but a few are from other decks.

Item cards may be played in front of you on the table. If it is a permanent Item (one that doesn't say "Usable once only" or "One-Shot") and it is legal for you to use at that moment, you may equip it, adding its bonuses and abilities to your character. Otherwise, you should turn the Item card sideways to show that it is being "carried"; you have the Item but gain no bonuses from it.

Did that help?
That it did. Thank you---again lol...
