I'd say if +1 Striking ST (which isn't necessarily going to get +1 Thrust damage) for punches only costs 2 points, making it Boxing punches only doesn't sound enough of a limitation to drop in to one point. However, the
Martial Arts Designer's Notes mentions a "Focused Fury" perk that allows combining Mighty Blows with Committed or All Out Attacks (Strong.) There was concerned it might be unbalanced, but if limited to punches only it might not be a problem.
