I have a question: what and where is Frostharrow? It is constantly referenced in the book. I gather it is north of Veiddarlond, and the faerie are confined there?

The Frostharrow is referenced extensively in Hall of Judgment, which is probably why it didn't occur to me to put a map note or explanation. I mean, clearly EVERYONE knows where and what it is, since the author does, right?
Ahem.
The Frostharrow is the northern reaches of the Vesturham mountain range, which boasts many stunning, perpetually ice-shrouded peaks. As you've noted, it's the home of the Winterfae, the point in the land where Alfheim touches Midgard most strongly.
It's a few hundred miles northwest of Nordvorn, and forms the (un)natural boundary of the Hunted Lands (Veiddarlond).
