Re: ODE available supplements
If you have ODE, you have all the large maps that are available. Two parts for the main Ogre map, and then two parts for each green map: S1, S2, G1, G2. You can still buy the green maps from Warehouse 23 as a full set if you want yet more.
Scenarios are in the three Scenario books, all available as PDF's from W23.
Fan made stuff is legion, and there's plenty to be found on BGG.
