Any hope to get a small listing of hotels nearby the location of the con?

Not likely I can attend but in the off chance... would be helpful for those not familiar with the area.

Also, will the swag include con-exclusive stuff or will everything be available through other means? The silipint looks cool but those are pick-up only.
