Why do you say that? Taking an extra turn can be useful at many points in a game. For instance, if you are at Level 9, fought a monster, and everybody threw everything they had at you to stop you from winning, you could play this, take another turn immediately, and hope to draw another monster, when nobody has anything left to stop you with.
