Anyone familiar enough with London to help out with some details for an imminent urban fantasy/hidden magic game?

I'm looking for a location that is close to the river, and can plausibly include an old building still operating as a bookshop (needn't have a lot of passing trade, but shouldn't seem too out of place) and nearby a small warehouse/lock-up or light industrial business, probably a bit run down but definitely not attracting much attention.

I don't mind stretching plausibility a bit, but want to avoid interfering with suspension of disbelief.

I'm in the UK and have been to London a bit, but never for any length of time.
