I would assume he's talking about a GDF for Plant Spells.
I can assure you that (A) we wouldn't even
glance at a proposal for "GURPS Magic:
More Plant Spells" until we've done a few more colleges, and (B) it's unlikely that a sequel would be announced here in the GURPS Character Assistant forum. :)
