Unable to Post Attachments
Forgive me if Ive missed this completely obvious answer in my searches on the forums but it seems that I am unable to post any attachments. Ive looked around in several settings and through the forum but I cannot seem to come across a way to do this. Am I required to reply to a certain number of posts/start new threads before this feature is unlocked?
