I'd be game to pay the shipping and handling fees if I could gang 6 offers up twice a year, but for a single one, the S&H makes the nominal one cent pricetag not all that helpful.

Order one of the combos and in the comments field ask to have others ganged with it, including the correct promo codes for those, too. We've told the warehouse staff to honor those requests.
