I'd also add:

• You can play a Race/Class card at any time, even on someone else's turn.
• Monster enhancer cards stay on the monster if you don't kill it, and can even be played on a monster when there's no combat going on.
• You can play any items on your turn, even during combat - you just can't take items out of your "pack" during combat.
• MQ Half-Breed works like Munchkin Half-Breed, but MQ Super Munchkin works like Munchkin Half-Breed, too. Much less confusing, actually.
