However, you can have Charisma 2 for the same price you paid for Charisma 1, to reflect the relative encounter rate of survivors vs. infected.
Likewise, Sav Fair (hi soc) and Diplomacy can be purchased at half price.
If it fits your character concept, have Courtesy Rank (Ren Queen) for free. It will likely never translate into any game effects, but who knows, maybe you all will rebuild civilization in the ren-fair's image!
