To be fair, "mysterious" takes a lot of work to pull off, which is why in most cases the "cryptic Jedi Knight" routine doesn't come off as mysterious, just irritating. I'm not sure I could pull off mysterious myself, not without dropping a lot of half-truths and outright lies into the mix.
Think about how the Sphinx came off in
Mystery Men; there's "terribly mysterious" and then there's "terrible at being mysterious".
