Does anyone know yet the format of game events?

For example, (1) will attendees prepare events that require registration, or (2) events will be run by SJ Games with informal open gaming in the manner of the first FnordCon earlier this year?

If attendees will be hosting events, then it would be good to have time to prepare them.
