With 250 points, you can easily give her IQ 14 [80], Appearance (Beautiful) [12], Charisma 5 [25], Courtesy Rank 5 (Political) [5], Status 1 [0], Talker 4 [20], Voice [10], Wealth (Very Wealthy) [30], Diplomacy (H) IQ+6 [4]-20, and Fast-Talk (A) IQ+6 [2]-20, for 188 points total. She receives a base +15/+17 (!!) reaction bonus whenever she speaks to anyone who can understand her, which means that she can 'defeat' most enemies without drawing a weapon.
