Honestly, that bardiche sounds extremely flavorful, and appropriate for a desert elf. I think I'll vote for 1 (said bardiche) as well as 4 (my previous Heavy Spear suggestion).
GURPS Low Tech suggests a bardiche would use the stats of a Dueling Glaive.
