My recommendations for Celestials:
Lawrence & David for Jedi Knights. Lawrence is best for Jedi looking for a purpose, while David is probably good for those that "resist the dark side".
Yves for Jedi Masters. Most are trained to teach while Yoda & Obi Wan are probably special cases with Obi Wan departing early while Yoda departs late.
As for "fallen" Jedi I'd probably go Blandine Soldiers turned to Beleth's service. Hopes & Fears are kind of their shtick.
